Skill Levels v1.0

I wrote this plugin years ago, line by line, specifically for my game that will never be released.  I used ChatGPt to make it public friendly and fix any bugs and am now giving it away.

Using this plugin, your player can choose a power level for their skills, power level 1 (basic skill), power level 2 (you define how much more powerful), and power level 3 (you define how much more powerful)

You can choose between simply making the higher power level do a percentage more damage, or you can link a skill to each power level to enable customization with each power level (such as different animations or action sequences).
